We are seeking a Dynamic Leader to take our Outpatient Services to the next level!
We provide high quality, private Behavioral Health and Addiction Treatment for adults, children and adolescents with psychiatric and/or alcohol addiction and chemical or drug dependency issues.
Our stand alone facility is seeking an experienced Outpatient Services Director to oversee two outpatient sites in Chicago which provide PHP/IOP services. This Director would be responsible for the re-design and major growth of our services.
- Master’s Degree
- Demonstrated experience at the Director level.
- Proven ability to strategize and grow business.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage successful relationships within our industry
- Prior staff management and leadership experience in a multi-site organization
- Results oriented with a sense of urgency; motivated by success and quality service

RN Supervisor - Chicago, IL
Chicago Lakeshore Hospital is a high quality, private Behavioral Health and Addiction Treatment Center of Excellence located on the north side of the city. We specialize in the treatment of adults, children and adolescents with psychiatric and/or alcohol addiction and chemical or drug dependency issues. We are currently hiring Full Time RN Supervisors for our Child and Adolescent and Adult Pavilions. Shifts available vary, including weekends. Previous experience in an inpatient Behavioral Health setting preferred. Previous leadership experience required. Must have current Illinois RN licensure. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
The RN Supervisor's Duties include but are not limited to:
Provide direct nursing care as necessary: notify physician and family/responsible party of any change in patient's condition, make timely rounds.
Prepare written and oral reports/recommendations to the nursing administration as necessary/required concerning the operation of the nursing department.
Focus on continual process improvement and quality medical care coupled with personal development of staff.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with inter and intra departmental personnel. Develop strong team emphasis and lead accordingly. Promote positive, calm, and effective work environment that contributes to teamwork and reduces turnover.
Work with supervisors in our Children’s Pavilion/Adult unit to manage and maintain optimal staffing.
Must have 3-5 years of supervisory experience preferably; in a free-standing inpatient Behavioral Health setting
Must have current unrestricted Illinois RN licensure. BSN preferred.

RN Supervisor - Chicago, IL
Registered Nurse Supervisor
RN –Child and Adolescent
We are seeking dedicated RNs who will provide clinical expertise in our Child and Adolescent Unit. Full time positions are available in INPATIENT child and adolescent chemical dependency and/or psychiatric units. Shifts vary. Experience in behavioral health services is preferred. Responsible for setting criteria for the quality of patient care, assessing the health of clients using specialized knowledge and skills, and anticipating the outcome of nursing interventions.
Education: Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing required. BSN or degree in Psychology a plus.
Licensure: Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Illinois.
Experience: New Nursing graduates acceptable for staff nurse position. As a Charge nurse, must have 2 years experience in a psychiatric setting.
Communications Skills: Must possess good oral communication skills and be able to communicate with all hospital contacts and employees both on the telephone and directly. Must possess excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with all age groups, populations, and individuals within the hospital.
Computer/Typing Skills: Must possess basic computer knowledge to input and retrieve lab orders.
