Professional Development & Infection Control Nurse

We are currently hiring Full Time Professional Development and Infection control Nurse.Previous experience in an inpatient Behavioral Health setting preferred. Previous leadership experience required. Must have current Illinois RN licensure. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

The Duties include but are not limited to:

Develops the Infection Control Plan and insures its implementation. Reviews patient charts and Nursing Supervisor Reports to trace and identify potential epidemic situations. Implements necessary measures to prevent the spread of nosocomial infections. Maintains a system of reporting and keeping records of infection among patients and personnel.. Conducts study and prepares periodic reports of statistical data as directed by the Infection Control committee; assist in analyzing and interpreting data. Prepare monthly Infection Control reports and identity action taken. Inspects environment and observes personnel activities for the purpose of detecting possible infection hazards. Assists in development of Employee Health Policies and procedures. Participates in developing and conducting educational and in-service programs pertinent to infection control topics. Collaborates with all disciplines and departments to develop and update area-specific policies and procedures pertinent to infection control principals.Disseminates information relative to infection control and implements infection control measures recommended by infection Control committee.

 

  • Must have 3-5 years of supervisory experience preferably; in a free-standing inpatient Behavioral Health setting

  • Must have current unrestricted Illinois RN licensure. BSN preferred.

Director of Clinical Services

We are currently seeking a Director of Clinical Services to join our team of dedicated professionals. This is a key leadership role that oversees the provision of social services to patients requesting or requiring services.

The Director is responsible for:

Coordinates social services programs with other organizational programs in cooperation with the interdisciplinary teams involved.

Serves as a resource and referral source for patients, physicians, staff and general community.

Provides in-service training for social service staff and other employees as needed.

Conducts psychosocial assessments to document history and identify preliminary issues for treatment focus by interviewing the patient and their family members.

Provides group and family process-oriented therapies as well as conducting educational and other didactic groups for patients and family members using various professional treatment modalities. Develops and coordinates an individualized discharge plan for the patient by utilizing treatment team and written chart information to determine the patient's aftercare needs.

Access by phone or written correspondence family or community resources such as nursing homes, group homes, or private mental health practitioners to meet patients aftercare needs.

Attends regular treatment team meetings to provide social work perspectives to total case management of the patient by discussing progress notes charts and communicating any state or local agency legal requirement for case management with the interdisciplinary team.

Education:

Masters Degree preferred

Director of Assessment and Referral

We are currently seeking a Director of Intake and Assessment to join our team of dedicated professionals. This is a key leadership role directing patient inquiry, clinical assessments, admissions, and referrals in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.The Director is responsible for

• Clinical leadership and coordination of patient flow and staff productivity.

• Overall management of incoming admission inquiry calls, assessing patients for admission, and facilitating appropriate referrals.

Job Description

We are seeking a Dynamic Leader to take our Outpatient Services to the next level!
We provide high quality, private Behavioral Health and Addiction Treatment for adults, children and adolescents with psychiatric and/or alcohol addiction and chemical or drug dependency issues.

Our stand alone facility is seeking an experienced Outpatient Services Director to oversee two outpatient sites in Chicago which provide PHP/IOP services. This Director would be responsible for the re-design and major growth of our services.

Experience required:

  • Master’s Degree
  • Demonstrated experience at the Director level.
  • Proven ability to strategize and grow business.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage successful relationships within our industry
  • Prior staff management and leadership experience in a multi-site organization
  • Results oriented with a sense of urgency; motivated by success and quality service

We are currently hiring Full Time RN Supervisors for our Child and Adolescent and Adult Pavilions. Shifts available vary, including weekends. The RN Supervisor's Duties include but are not limited to:
