Chicago Lakeshore Hospital has a contractual relationship with most insurance and managed care plans. In addition, patients may be covered under Medicare Part A and Part B. The Chicago Lakeshore Hospital Business Office will work with individuals who are interested in setting-up a self-pay arrangement.
