Chicago Lakeshore Hospital takes pride and is well respected in the community as a teaching hospital. The Lecture Series are a way for mental health and substance abuse clinicians in the community to take advantage of our educational programs.

Lunch Provided

The Lunch-n-Learn Series addresses behavioral health issues and their treatment or substance abuse/chemcal dependency issues, and are presented by professional/licensed individuals. The Lunch Series are monthly and take place on the first Wednesdays of the month.

The Professional Breakfast Lectures deal with psychiatric, emotional, behavioral, chemical dependency or substance abuse issues. The Professional Breakfast Lectures take place on the second Thursday of every other month.

The Lecture Series may also address behavioral health and substance abuse issues with LGBTQ individuals.

There is 1 CEU credit available for the Lunch Series and 1 CEU for the Professional Breakfast Lectures. The CEU credits are available for Social Workers, Counselors & LCPC's.

Chicago Lakeshore Hospital also provides other lectures for SASS Clinicians and Employee Assistance Professionals.
