| Food Service Worker |
| We are looking for float-pool food service workers who will be responsible primarily for stocking our food items. The right candidate will also be responsible for assisting with food service operations. Responsibilities include: cleaning and sanitizing foodservice equipment, assist with hospital catering events, handling of patients food, etc. All candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalency; ability to work for long periods standing in cold/hot temperatures in a noisy environment. In addition, the qualified candidate should have the ability to lift 50 lbs and bend, be a fast-learner, punctual and have customer-oriented attitude. | Floor Care Worker-float pool |

| Mental Health Counselor-Intake |

The qualified candidate will be responsible for providing treatment services to chemical dependent patients and their families as an integral part of the multi-disciplinary team. Treatment services include screening, orientation, assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, consultation, and education. | Maintenance Worker-Float Pool |
| We are currently seeking qualified applicants for a float-pool Maintenance Worker position.
Responsibilities include:
General maintenance and troubleshooting of hospital plant operations. Additional responsibilities may include providing minor repair and maintenance of heating, lighting, air conditioning, electrical and plumbing services as necessary for the care of hospital operations. The position is responsible for performing daily inspections and other maintenance tasks as required. Ideal candidate will have great maintenance and problem solving skills.
Requirements:
HS diploma or trade/vocational schooling, a minimum of two years of experience in a hospital setting, documented training in electrical, plumbing, carpentry or heating/air conditioning is a plus. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs, climb ladders to heights of approximately 25 feet and work on scaffolding. Must also have a valid driver's license, and available for on-call duties.

| Program Director-Intensive Treatment Unit |
| We are currently recruiting for a Program Director to lead our Intensive Treatment Unit. The Intensive Treatment Unit treats adults 18 years and over with acute psychiatric and/or substance abuse diagnosis. The qualified candidate will be responsible to provide Clinical and Administrative leadership for ITU. This individual will function as a member of a Clinical Services Team with varied responsibilites, including program development, staff development and supervision.
Qualified candidates must have inpatient acute psychiatric experience, present with strong leadership skills and be a Licensed Registered Nurse.

| The Lakeshore Center for Behavioral Health are seeking experienced Social Workers, Nurses or Psychologists for our Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of clinical experience in either a hospital, school, or social work environment. Clinical or Marketing experience in a behavioral health organization in the Chicago area is preferred. Position will focus on developing and maintaining referral agency relationships. This position is responsible for communicating outpatient services to community-based agencies, other hospitals/providers, as well as clinicians throughout the greater Chicagoland area. Ideal candidate will be dependable in meeting deadlines, taking initiative and following through on assignments with little supervision. The candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds. Must be able to organize time effectively, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
