| We are currently looking for an experienced Collections Specialist to join our Business Office.
The ideal candidate will have experience with face to face and phone collections for an inpatient hospital setting.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Charge entries, medical billing, follow-up and account resolutions, and collections.
Skills required:
- Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing.
- 2 years of billing/collections experience in a Hospital setting.
-2 years of hospital A/R experience.
-Bilingual in Spanish/English strongly preferred.
Excellent math and reasoning skills.

Intermediate Word and Excel skills.

| Director of Intake/Patient Access |
| Chicago Lakeshore Hospital is currently seeking a Director of Intake/Patient Access. This is a key leadership role directing patient inquiry, assessment, admissions, and transportation functions in a fast-paced patient-centered environment. The position will supervise approximately 30 employees and requires excellent interpersonal skills in order to interface effectively with community organizations including hospital emergency departments, police, state mental health courts and community mental health agencies. The Intake Director plays an active role in the hospital referral development team to enhance service and build relationships within the community.
Required Education and Training: A Master's degree in behavioral science with work experience in a behavioral health setting, preferably in a managerial role.
Licensure: LCPC, LCSW, or RN preferred.

| We are currently in search of Full-Time Intake RN's who will be responsible for management of inquiry/crisis calls, clinical and medical assessment and legally/clinically appropriate admissions for the hospital. This candidate will coordinate the admission process with all units/departments and provide accurate patient information to hospital staff. Will also need to coordinate transfers to and from other facilities. This candidate will oversee the provision of social service intervention, coordination, assessment and referral to patients and families. This candidate will also participate in referral activities and staff training as directed.

| Maintenance Worker |
| We are currently seeking qualified applicants for a float-pool Maintenance Worker position.
Responsibilities include:
General maintenance and troubleshooting of hospital plant operations. Additional responsibilities may include providing minor repair and maintenance of heating, lighting, air conditioning, electrical and plumbing services as necessary for the care of hospital operations. The position is responsible for performing daily inspections and other maintenance tasks as required. Ideal candidate will have great maintenance and problem solving skills.
Requirements:
HS diploma or trade/vocational schooling, a minimum of two years of experience in a hospital setting, documented training in electrical, plumbing, carpentry or heating/air conditioning is a plus. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs, climb ladders to heights of approximately 25 feet and work on scaffolding. Must also have a valid driver's license, and available for on-call duties.

| Chicago Lakeshore Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. This is a Float Pool (per diem) position with some weekend hours required. Chicago Lakeshore Hospital treats children, adolescents and adults with acute psychiatric and/or addiction disorders.
Requirements:
- Qualified candidate will have a Bachelors degree majoring in dietetics, nutrition, or food service administration and would be responsible for the nutrition care of pediatric and adult population.
- Candidate must be a qualified dietician registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the American Dietetic Association and licensed in the state within one year of employment.
- Previous experience working in a food service industry, preferably in a hospital or other institutional setting preferred, but not required. New grads that have taken and passed the RD exam may be eligible.
- Have the ability to understand and communicate applicable standards and regulations and ability to focus on priorities amid distractions and multiple demands.
Responsibilities:
- Use appropriate communication skills to work with various clinical, non-clinical and dietary staff to enhance patient care.
- Candidate is responsible for nutritional screening, assessment and monitoring of adult, adolescent and pediatric patient populations and must have understanding of gathering pertinent clinical data and utilization for assessing patients.
- Will provide appropriate education of various nutrition-related issues including but not limited to diabetes, obesity, and eating disorders) for each specific patient setting.
- Monitor and analyze monthly performance and quality indicators.
