| Our Business Office is seeking a hard working, dedicated and motivated individual to hold the position of Accounts Payable Specialist.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years high-volume, automated AP experience, strong analytical and computer skills, the ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team. Must be skilled in prioritizing daily workflow to ensure processing of invoices in a timely manner.
Proficiency in reviewing proper account classification a must. Special projects assigned by AP Manager, as needed.

| We are currently looking for an experienced Collections Specialist to join our Business Office.
The ideal candidate will have experience with face to face and phone collections for an inpatient hospital setting.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Charge entries, medical billing, follow-up and account resolutions, and collections.
Skills required:
- Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing.
- 2 years of billing/collections experience in a Hospital setting.
2 years of hospital A/R experience.
Excellent math and reasoning skills.
Ability to learn new programs and systems.
Intermediate Word and Excel skills.
Able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively.

| We are currently seeking an experienced candidate for a part time Purchasing Agent position. The Purchasing Agent is primarily responsible for purchasing goods and services for a psychiatric and substance abuse hospital in an efficient and economical manner following established policies and procedures in processing purchase orders. Responsibilities include handle purchasing for all of the hospital, tracking all purchases made, handling vendor bids, and maintaining vendor relationships; in addition to filing and utilizing financial worksheets. The person in this position will also act as the hospital IT liaison submitting IT requests to our IT vendor for service or repair. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1-2 years of purchasing experience, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and as a team, and ability to work on multiple tasks. | Patient Access Coordinator |
| We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Patient Access Coordinator. Ideal candidate will have prior Security / Communications in a hospital of healthcare environment. Responsibilities include providing a safe and secure employee/visitor point of entry, maintain multi-line telephone system, including overhead PA. Additional duties include driving, maintaining multi-site security and leading and assisting in patient related codes. Position requires visual acuity necessary for written instructions, computer printouts, numerical and statistical information. Able to lift 50 pounds. Job requires both long periods of standing and/or walking.
Ideal candidate will posses a high school degree, a valid drivers license, have 2+ years of Security / Communications experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
CPR and basic first aid training preferred.

| We are seeking a Clinical Coordinator for the Adult Evening Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient Program. This position involves coordinating the day-to-day clinical operation of the intensive outpatient program. Provides treatment services to chemical dependent patients and their families as an integral part to the multidisicplinary team. Develops treatment planning, provides group counseling, and conducts individual counseling as clinically indicated.
A CADC is required for this position. A Masters’ degree in behavioral health is preferred. Five years of experience in behavioral health care is also preferred.
The office hours for this position are as follows:
1pm-9pm Monday through Thursday
10am-6pm Friday

| Sunday Social Worker – Child and Adolescent Unit
We are currently seeking qualified applicants for a Sunday / flex Social Work position for our child and adolescent unit. Must have an MSW and be licensed by the State of Illinois, either LSW or LCSW. Training in clinical social work or psychiatric services for children, adolescents and their families preferred. Candidate must possess good oral communication skills and be able to communicate with all hospital contacts and employees both on the telephone and directly, and to effectively communicate with all age groups, populations, and individuals within the hospital.
Those bilingual in Spanish encouraged to apply. Previous experience in an in-patient psychiatric setting is preferred.
